THE REDS
- CUVEE TRADITIONNELLE is the domain's oldest wine, and the only one prepared from different vine plants according to the regional tradition.
It is fruity, eminently drinkable, balanced and little tannic, can be drunk in any occasion, even slightly cooled in Summer. It is bottled withing six months of picking, and can be drunk now or laid down for 1 or 2 years.
- The SYRAH is a well-balanced vine with a good tannic backbone, pleasant and fruity : raspberries and berries in general. You can drink it young but it will be firmer after 3 or 4 years.
One vat is made from the oldest vines in the property, with a particular wine-making technique. It is raised in oak casks for 12 months, and sold under the name of SYRAH "LA VERTUE"

- The MERLOT is a well-balanced vine plant with a tannic dominant, however. The aromas are those typical to Merlot : spices and peppers. This flattering wine can be drunk now but 3 or 4 years lying down will make it firmer.
- The CABERNET SAUVIGNON is a grape that yields structured wines with a deep robe and the characteristic aromas of spices and berries. It is very expressive in its youth and will grow firmer and rounder with age.
THE WHITES
- The VIOGNIER, only produced since 1992, still only accounts for 3 Ha of vineyards. Its aromas are very characteristic: violets and rose, occasionally apricot. This grape is rarely planted in the world because of its numerous constraints, but its best finesse is achieved when its just slightly cooled.
- The CHARDONNAY is a very fruity and well-balanced wine with complex aromas, and with lime-blossom and vanilla dominant, very stable in time. It can be kept for a few years.
One vat is made with specific wine-making techniques and traditional methods, under the "sparkly" name of CHARDONNETTE DE LA ROSIÈRE
- The ROSÉ DE GAMAY is very rich in red berry aromas (strawberry and raspberry). It a wine worth drinking young, within two years. A "plaisir" wine that will remind you of your holidays in the sun...
